Bark Avenue Pet Boutique accepts Visa, Mastercard, money orders and personal checks. Please be advised that if you pay by personal check, your order will not ship until the check clears. Items purchased with credit cards will not be charged to your account until shipped.

Shipping Information
Bark Avenue Pet Boutique ships via UPS or USPS Priority Mail . Bark Avenue strives to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. You will be notified at the time of shipment of any backordered item. Backordered items will be shipped using our standard shipping service. A confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of shipment.
International Deliveries
International deliveries may vary significantly based upon destination, weight and customs charges. Please call us at 904-261-2275 for orders being shipped outside the United States.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
If any Bark Avenue Pet Boutique website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return the item to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
